This is my first pregnancy and I have been looking into a lot of different options. Hypnobirthing seems to work for many, many women but I have a hard time keeping negative thoughts out. How would you suggest I go about this problem? Also, I work a lot and barely have time to myself do you have to be in a quiet place to create your bubble of peace? And is there a certain length of time you need to fully create your bubble?

I will be using them in my birth and will be practicing saying positive affirmation about how my birth will be and practice daily using the protective peaceful bubble daily so that no one can bother me and I can focus my energy on delivering aeautiful healthy baby. I came across visualizing the cervix opening and visualizing the baby moving into the cervix and I will be using that as well. I’m looking forward to a peaceful beautiful delivery using these tools.
